Key areas subjected to load are securely reinforced with high-strength seatbelts. Synthetic leather's appeal lies in its resistance to dirt and easy wipe-off of water droplets. Waterproof zippers are also used, creating a water-resistant design. Large capacity for a 15.6-inch PC. Multiple cushions provide excellent shock absorption.

There is a luggage sleeve on the back that fits over the handle of a carry-on case. Place the backpack on top of the case and slide the handle through the sleeve to secure it. This allows you to move with your backpack and case together at stations or airports without having to carry it on your back.

素材のこだわり

Seat Belt

Strength born to protect others.

This product uses scrap materials and other byproducts generated during Tokai Rika’s automotive seatbelt manufacturing process. These are materials that were produced to protect human lives but were never installed in vehicles.

What Remains Before We Take on a Role

During the manufacturing process of automotive seat belts, there are inevitably some leftover pieces that cannot be fully utilized. At THINK SCRAP, we collect these materials and, after checking their colors and condition, transform them into bags and small accessories.

Automotive-grade quality designed to last for over 10 years

The material used for seat belts is designed to last for more than 10 years in a car. The tensile strength of the material is approximately 3 metric tons (for reference). It also offers excellent light resistance and is durable enough to withstand long-term use.

About Individual Differences

Due to scuffs, creases, small scratches, and surface haze, the transparency and appearance of each piece vary slightly. Please enjoy these as unique characteristics of industrial materials.

長く使われる車内のために

自動車の内装には、日々の乗り降りや長期間の使用に耐えながら、形を保ち続ける丈夫さが求められます。その品質を備えながら、製造工程で残った素材を新しい用途へ生かしています。

ハリがつくる、端正な表情

水や汚れに強く、摩擦にも耐えられる丈夫な素材です。適度なハリがあるため型崩れしにくく、バッグの形をすっきりと見せます。

一点ずつ異なる、表面の表情

端材を使用しているため、色合いや表面のシボ感、風合いは一点ずつ異なります。均一ではない表情も、素材の個性としてお楽しみください。

テント生地

日差しと雨を受け止め、空間を守る。

本製品には、店舗や施設のテント、オーニングに使われる生地の端材を使用しています。屋外で使われることを想定してつくられながら、製造工程で残った素材です。

店舗や施設のテント、オーニングには、屋外で日差しや雨にさらされながら、長く空間を守る丈夫さが求められます。その製造過程で生まれた端材を、日常の道具へ生かしています。

ハリのある表情と、扱いやすさ

屋外テント用素材ならではのタフな質感と、ハリのある表情が特徴です。紫外線を遮る機能や耐候性を備え、樹脂コーティングによって水や汚れにも強い素材です。

端材を使用しているため、色味や質感、表面の擦れや色むらは一点ずつ異なります。素材が持つ個性としてお楽しみください。

・If dirt is present, gently wipe it off with a soft cloth moistened with water or diluted neutral detergent and wrung out tightly.
・If detergent has been used, wipe off any detergent residue with a cloth moistened with water and wrung out tightly.
・Wipe off moisture with a dry cloth and allow to air dry in the shade.
・Avoid washing with water or using a washing machine.
・Avoid using irons, dryers, hair dryers, etc.
・Refrain from using alcohol, bleach, benzine, paint thinner, etc., as they may cause discoloration or deterioration.
