なめらかなシートベルト端材を、筆記具を持ち歩くためのペンケースに仕立てました。高さを抑えた細身の形が、シートベルトならではの織り目や色彩を引き立てます。

Strength born to protect others.

This product uses scrap materials and other byproducts generated during Tokai Rika’s automotive seatbelt manufacturing process. These are materials that were produced to protect human lives but were never installed in vehicles.

What Remains Before We Take on a Role

During the manufacturing process of automotive seat belts, there are inevitably some leftover pieces that cannot be fully utilized. At THINK SCRAP, we collect these materials and, after checking their colors and condition, transform them into bags and small accessories.

Automotive-grade quality designed to last for over 10 years

The material used for seat belts is designed to last for more than 10 years in a car. The tensile strength of the material is approximately 3 metric tons (for reference). It also offers excellent light resistance and is durable enough to withstand long-term use.

About Individual Differences

Due to scuffs, creases, small scratches, and surface haze, the transparency and appearance of each piece vary slightly. Please enjoy these as unique characteristics of industrial materials.
