This bag is made from discarded seatbelts and vinyl curtain remnants, Environmentally friendly bagutilizing them while being environmentally conscious.
Its charm lies in its unique upcycled design, which makes the most of the different textures and appearances of each material.
The central buckle, originally intended for disposal after being used in crash tests, serves as an accent for the entire bag.
It comes with a shoulder strap for carrying on your shoulder, and the inner drawstring bag has pockets to store your wallet and phone. Standing the drawstring bag upright allows it to hold a 500ml plastic bottle.
While prioritizing design, it also offers user-friendly features for daily life.
We also recommend customizing it with accessories and charms to make it uniquely yours.

本製品には、東海理化の自動車用シートベルトの製造工程で生まれる端材などを使用しています。人の命を守るためにつくられながら、自動車に搭載されることなく残った素材です。

役目を持つ前に、残ってしまうもの

自動車用シートベルトを製造する過程では、どうしても使い切れない部分が発生します。THINK SCRAPでは、その素材を集め、色合いや状態を確かめながら、バッグや小物へと仕立てています。

10年以上の使用を見据えた、自動車品質

シートベルトは、自動車の中で10年以上使われることを想定した素材です。素材の引張強度は参考値として約3トン。耐光性にも優れ、長く使い続けられる丈夫さを備えています。

ビニールカーテン生地

空間を仕切り、働く場所を整える。

本製品には、株式会社チームライク様で発生する、工場や倉庫などで空間を仕切るビニールカーテンの端材を使用しています。

働く場所を、必要な空間に分ける

工場や倉庫では、用途の異なる場所を分け、作業しやすい環境を整えるためにビニールカーテンが使われます。その製造過程で生まれた端材を、日常の中で使う道具へと生かしています。

・For light dirt, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water and wrung out tightly.
・For dirt that cannot be removed with water, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent and wrung out tightly.
・If detergent is used, thoroughly wipe off the detergent residue with a soft cloth dampened with water and wrung out tightly.
・To prevent rust and discoloration of metal fittings, avoid washing the entire item or soaking it for a long time.
・If metal fittings get wet, immediately wipe off the moisture thoroughly with a dry cloth.
・Avoid using washing machines, centrifuges, or dry cleaning.
・Reshape and allow to air dry completely in a well-ventilventilated shaded area.
・Avoid using irons, dryers, or hair dryers.
・Do not use bleach, alcohol, benzine, thinner, etc., as they may cause discoloration or deterioration.
