Think Scrap will be exhibiting at the TOKAI RIKA booth at Japan Mobility Show 2023
The "Tokyo Motor Show" has been rebranded as the "Japan Mobility Show" and will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 26th (Thursday) to November 5th (Sunday), 2023, organized by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, for the first time in four years. This year, 475 companies are scheduled to participate, which is double the 192 companies that participated in the previous event.
This "Motor Show" goes beyond the automotive industry, encompassing other industries and startups, creating a show that builds the future of Japan together with new partners.
Various companies involved in mobility, including major automobile manufacturers, will be participating.

Think Scrap Exhibit
TOKAI RIKA Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at Japan Mobility Show 2023 under the concept of "enriching future lifestyles."
"Think Scrap" will introduce its initiative of manufacturing and selling products made from seatbelt remnants generated from its own factories in the area of "creating a sustainable society."
At this booth, new products will also be sold, created in collaboration with students and Bamboo+, a sustainable material (prototype leather) utilizing bamboo from neglected bamboo forests.
The entire Think Scrap product line will be exhibited and sold. Aiming for the "GREEN" aspect of the Motor Show's concept, we strive to help many visitors understand this project.
Think Scrap Brand Introduction
We upcycle seatbelt and local material remnants from our own factories into valuable products. In the upcycling process, we leverage the inherent texture and functionality of these remnants to create high value-added products without unnecessary energy consumption, while also contributing to waste reduction.
